Xiphoid Process
The highlighted structure is the xiphoid process of the sternum.
The sternum consists of three parts:
- Manubrium of the sternum
- Body of sternum
- Xiphoid process
The xiphoid process is the most inferior part of the sternum and is the smallest part.
